Rothmann Phahlamohlaka Inc was founded in 1994 as T Rothmann Inc, with Tania Rothmann serving as the sole director. In February 1995, Tiaan Rothmann joined the company as co-director, and it became known as Rothmann & Rothmann Inc.

In 2005, Jack Phahlamohlaka was appointed as director, and the firm was rebranded to Rothmann Phahlamohlaka Inc. Since its inception, R & P has evolved from a dynamic law firm into a well-established and reputable practice, proficient in all areas of law. The firm is characterized by a strong tradition of professionalism and dynamism, supported by a highly competent staff.
